Some may say we refurbish, but we actually go beyond that. We Recondition all of our phones. This isn't just a different word. It's a different process.

The condition we list our phones at is the condition that we guarantee them to be in. We don't just fix what's broken. We examine and test everything, and we do whatever we need to do to meet the condition we are selling them as.

Someone may expect a used phone that they buy to have scratches or dings, but they don't expect things to not work. They don't expect the inside of the phone to be missing screws or have dust or residue in it. They don't expect components to be held in by a glue or tape that doesn't meet the phone maker's standards.

No matter what, and without a doubt, ALL of our certified phones will meet these expectations.

This is motivated by two of our core values. Not everyone can afford a new phone, and a properly repaired, tested and cared for phone comes with a certain guarantee of function and reliability that new phones can’t provide.
